摘    要:大量的基层调查表明,农村中因父母外出打工而留守在家的“留守儿童”与同龄儿童相比存在着较为明显的行为、情绪、人格等方面的心理健康问题,并且依然有恶化的趋势。这些问题虽然尚不足以导致具有临床意义的心理障碍,但已影响到这些孩子健康成长。对此,一些学者和各地有关机构也提出并开始采取一系列措施进行心理干预,但从系统性、有效性和可操作性上看还缺乏说服力。基于对学校功能的认识和运用,应进一步探讨如何利用和拓展学校已有的教育功能(教育目标设置、教学管理、学生管理、师资建设和少团组织),来干预留守儿童的心理健康问题。

Abstract:Lets of fundamental surveys have showed that, the children remaining in the rural areas, whose parents are away at work, compared with the children of the same ages, have some obvious psychological health problems in terms of behavior, emotions, personalities and so on, which still tend to get increasingly serious. Though the problems are not serious enough to cause psychological disorder, they have influenced the children's healthy development in the future. Aiming at such a situ- ation, some scholars and some local organizations concerned have put forward and carried out psychological intervention by tak- ing a series of measures. However, the intervention still is not completely systematic, effective, or practical to operate. Based on the knowledge and application of school function, we should further explore how to apply and expand the education function that schools have already played (setting of education goal, teaching management, student management, improvement of teach- ing staff, organizations such as Yong Pioneer and Chinese Youth League) so as to intervene in the psychological health of children remaining in rural areas.
