| Abstract: | On March 14, 2011, the 11th National People＇s Congress （NPC） - China＇s national legislature - concluded its 4th annual session at the Great Hall of the People in the heart of Beijing after accomplishing all topics on its agenda. During the session that opened on March 5, the NPC deputies voted to adopt a resolution to approve the government work report, and a resolution to approve the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan for China＇s National Economic and Social Development （2011-2015）.
