But the past thirty years＇ of reform and opening-up witnessed a great moment for the country to rise again to the international arena. This period also witnessed the emergence of the system of China-Appointed Attesting Officers from nowhere, and the institution itself has been acting as a bridge between the Mainland and Hong Kong, making important contribution to the economic prosperity and social harmony in both the Mainland and Hong Kong.
