刑事诉讼价值目标是刑事诉讼价值的追求方向,它主要包括公正、效率、秩序和自由四大价值。我国刑事诉讼价值目标仍然存在诸多不足。要使刑事诉讼价值目标朝更优化方向发展,同时在刑事立法和实践中得以完全实现,还必须更新社会大众的刑事诉讼价值观念,完善刑事诉讼程序,健全配套制度及保障机制。

The Value Target of Criminal Litigation

The criminal litigation value is a basic theory of criminal procedure, it rises the important meaning to criminal judicial reform, criminal litigation idea, construction system and operation of the procedure. It is the pursuit direction of the criminal procedure value. It primarily includes fair, efficiency, order and freedom four major values. Along with the development of the society, the value target of criminal litigation in our country has changed greatly, from single value to the combination of many values. But there still exists many shortages, it is hard to apply with the development of society. To make the value target of criminal litigation develop towards more excellent and make it realize completely in criminal lawmaking and practice, it is necessary to renew the criminal litigation concept of value, consummate criminal litigation procedure, complete corresponding systems and guaranteed mechanism.
