| 摘 要： | 后现代主义理论、可持续发展理论以及系统论、信息论、控制论对当代国际海洋环境保护法律的完善具有重要的意义。对这些理论加以评析,提出当代国际海洋环境保护法的应然模式和应涵盖的主要内容,以促进当代国际海洋环境保护法律制度的完善。

| Abstract: | It is significant for the perfection of contemporary international marine environmental protection law (CIMEPL) that post-modernism, post-modernism, sustainable development, systematology, information theory and cybernetics. Based on the analysis of above-mentioned theories, the obligatory mode and content of the CIMEPL are put forward for the perfection of the CIMEPL. |
