The Construction and De - construction of Administrative Power: A Case Analysis

Beginning with the issue that a college student was expelled because of her conception, the thesis analyzes the historical forming background, constructing course, plight in modern society and disintegration of the colleges' power to control sexual behavior of their students. And through analyzing the specifically subtle development of that administrative power, it reveals to readers the delicate adjustment of the relationship among individual, society and the state in the course of social change in China. Some relevant constructive suggestions are put forward as well.
