| 摘 要： | 转化犯是我国刑法所独有的名称，是对犯罪行为发生转变后罪数形态的概括。转化犯的提出拓展了刑法罪数形态的理论，对司法实践有一定的指导意义。但我国有些转化犯的刑事立法存在一定的缺陷，需加以完善。

| Abstract: | The transforming crime is a particular name in Chinese Criminal Law. It＇ s the generalization of the quantity of crime when the crime has transformed. The proposal of transforming crime expands the theory of the quantity of crime and has some guiding significance on the legal practice. However there are some defects which need perfection in the criminal legislation. |
