| 摘 要： | 改革开放以后，中国共产党发展观的演变大致经过了两个比较大的发展阶段。从十一届三中全会到十六大召开，邓小平、江泽民先后提出了一系列关于科学发展的重要思想，为科学发展观奠定了理论基础；十六大以来，以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央提出了科学发展观，使党的发展观更加成熟。
