| 摘 要： | 近年来,电信网络诈骗犯罪高发,并日益呈现出精准化、多样化、职业化、地域化的特点。对此类犯罪而言,传统的单一式和集中式打击容易引发"打不透"等一系列问题,而侦查经营策略的恰当应用有助于实现对其全链条整体打击和多方位立体防控。在运用侦查经营策略时应把握合法经营、共同经营和依靠群众的原则,围绕人员经营、线索经营、证据经营、阵地经营四个方面展开,构建全方位的立体经营体系。
