借助自营进出口权走向世界--山东省民营企业外贸经营现状调查分析

本文旨在探讨中国政府自1999年开始分期分批向私营企业下放自营进出口经营权以来山东省民营企业对外贸易的发展状况.通过对山东省近4年对外贸易发展状况的调查和数据分析,可以看出放开自营进出口经营权对山东省对外贸易工作所起到的巨大推动作用.但这一改革过程并不是一帆风顺的,其中出现的不少问题应该引起人们的关注,并提出了政府和企业的应对策略.

Going Global With the Aid of Self-managerial Import & Export Authority--A Probe into the Present Foreign Trade Situation of Private Enterprises in Shandong Province

This article aims to probe into the foreign trade conditions of private enterprises in Shandong province ever since the Chinese government began to transfer, by stages and groups, import and export authority to private enterprises in 1999. By investigations and statistical analyses of the foreign trade situations in the past 4 years, we find out that the authority transfer has given foreign trade in Shandong a vigorous push forward. However, the reform was not plain sailing, and problems that have already arisen deserve our close attention. Hopefully, counter-measures are also proposed in this article.
