| 摘 要： | 货物周转速度的提高使提单相对延迟的问题日益凸现,保函、海运单、电子提单等能在一定程度上解决提单的延迟问题,但又都存在缺陷.《草案》的解决方案也颇为不妥.适当改变提单的转让条件则可以较好地解决这个问题.
