| 摘 要： | 针对当前租船市场的行情急转直下,直接导致船东与承租人之间的纠纷和争议纷纷涌现,特别是在长期期租合同下,部分遇到资金困难的承租人会以各种借口提早还船,更有甚者则会拒付到期租金的情况,对承租人不付租金这一问题进行讨论,并着重分析和论述船东所能行使的对策。

| Abstract: | A sharply collapsing market such as what has been experienced in the past few months will often lead to a significant number of disputes between shipowners and charterers.This is especially in the context of a long term time charter,where charterers paying substantively above market rate will find any excuse to redeliver a ship early and/or refuse to pay hire.The writers hope in this article to summarise and discuss ways in which shipowners can try to cope with such situations. |
