心理战与警察战术心理战刍议

文章在阐明心理战的含义与应用意义的基础上,对警察心理战的特点、分类,特别是警察战术心理战的类型、目的和作用作了全面的分析与说明。认为根据警察执法活动的不同状态,警察战术心理战分为执法战斗状态中的心理战与执法非战斗状态中的心理战两大类。它的目的性通常是以"夺气"和"夺心"两种预期结果状态表现出来的。其作用将分别从实施心理战的执法对象、执法主体和与执法活动相关联的当事人、知情人等三个方面阐明。

A Tentative Talk on Psychological Warfare and the Psychological Warfare of Police Tactics

On the basis of expounding the content and applied meaning of psychological warfare, this article analyzes and demonstrates comprehensively the characters and categories of police psychological warfare, especially the type, purpose and function of psychological warfare of police tactics. According to different states of policeman's law enforcement, the psychological warfare of police tactics can be divided into two kinds: psychological warfare in combat status of law enforcement and psychological warfare in non-combat status of law enforcement. Its purpose lies in the two anticipate results: to "win in morale" and to "win in psychology". Its function is described in the object of law enforcement and subject of law enforcement of carrying out psychological warfare and the related litigants and insiders of law enforcement activities.
