The Theoretical Analysis and Controlling Mechanism of the Crimes Concerning Floating Population

The crimes concerning floating population have become an important factor affecting the social stability. To analyse the crimes＇ features at the aspects of demology, behaviors of crime and criminal psychology can help the theoretical circle and practical circle master it in a clear and specific way. To comment how the theories of relatively deprive sense, cultural conflicts, frustration -attack and social disintegration explain the crimes concern- ing floating population can help to know well the complex psychological and social reasons of the crimes. On the hasis, the author makes an analysis of the countermeasures controlling the crimes from such three angles as judicial, psychological and social prevention and control.
