| 摘 要： | 犯罪人的心理问题包括普通的心理问题与独特的犯罪心理问题 ;对犯罪人的心理干预是刑事监管与科学改造的时代需要。在心理干预的生理—心理—社会预防模式中 ,心理动力学 (精神分析术 )、行为主义心理学 (代币强化法与社区矫正 )、人本主义心理学 (来访者中心疗法与现实疗法 )与认知—行为技术 (自我控制训练、社会技能训练、认知重建与道德发展指导 )各具有自身的特点与地位 ,也都存在着一些值得注意的不足与缺陷。

| Abstract: | Convicts have their own special mind problems, including general ones and criminal ones. Psychological intervene on convicts is needed to penal administration and scientific reform practice. In the prevention system of psychological intervene, psysiological ,psychological and social model is adopted, and each psychological intervene technique of psychological dynamics, behaviorism, humanistics and cognition-behavoirism has its own advantages and characteristics , as well as its shortcomings. |
