| Abstract: | The reason of difficulty of witness in appearancing is omnifarious,as culture psychological reason,and reason in stratification plane of lawsuit value and system, It has social reasons, and has self reason of witness.The appearancing difficulty of witness is a sort of phenomena which was derived in the oneness cultural background and judiciary system of China. |
