| 摘 要： | SLI理论为美国"学生事务管理"提供了新的理论支撑与管理理念,创造了举世瞩目的新成绩.该理论对公安院校警务化管理同样具有适用性,针对我国公安院校警务化管理模式中存在的问题,重构基于SLI理念的公安院校警务化管理模式,以期提升警务化管理的质量水平.
