| 摘 要： | 问卷调查的数据证明,缺乏规则意识是当前未成年人违法犯罪重要主观因素。调查研究证明,强制性教育是帮助问题未成年人建立规则意识的重要社会手段。精神分析理论、行为主义理论、人本主义理论等三大经典理论为强制性教育提供了相应的理论依据。强制性教育可能出现的问题主要包括:强制性的滥用;单纯的强制性措施会强化未成年违法犯罪人的反社会心理;父母或其他监护人的不接受和不配合;法律法规不完善。对此,可采取一些有效的针对性措施。
