| 摘 要： | 建国以来,我们在经济体制上多次经历了"一放就乱、一收就死"的循环,并易随之陷入盲目的泛道德化的批判:其根源在于看不到"放权"所导致的社会利益结构多元化所必然要求的与之相适应的社会治理转型.当前,要避免重蹈"放乱收死"的老路,就必须推进制度创新,加快社会治理的多层次、复合化转型.
