| Abstract: | The confidence of hugeness civil servants is great drive for the realization of goal of government by law in the day of overall advancement of ruling by law and of the construction of legal government.However,with insufficient confidence of Ningxia's civil servant,it is especially important to analysis its reason and to propose an approach to promote the confidence. |
