| 摘 要： | 青年自组织的兴起有其特殊的背景，是社会发展过程中必然出现的一种社会现象，具有主体特定化、管理松散化、运行网络化、参与潜在化、走向多元化等特点。河北省当前青年自组织的发展处于初露端倪阶段，我们要坚持在学习中服务，在服务中引导，在凝聚中创新的工作理念，使青年自组织更加蓬勃发展，显示出无限生机。

| Abstract: | The rise of Youth Self-organizations has its special background, and is an inevitable phenomenon in social development. They have the features of specific subjects, lose management, net operation, potential participation, and trend diversification. The development of Youth Self-organizations is on the stage of emerge. They are to study in service, to be guided in service, to innovate in rally, to flourish, and to show unlimited vitality. |
