摘    要:企业的诚信是一种无形的资产,它反映了企业的信用、实力和形象,它所形成的诚信文化理念是企业兴旺发达的基础。因此,要建立和培育企业诚信文化,就必须提高管理者的诚信文化素质;建立激励诚信行为的制度规范;建立完善的市场诚信体系,唯此,企业才能保持持久的竞争力和生命力。

Abstract:Credibility of a enterprise is its intangible assets,reflects the credit,strength and image of the enterprise and serves as the basis of its flourish and growth.Therefore,enterprises need to improve their managers' credibility quality,set up a system incetive to credibility,establish and improve the market credit system so as to maintain their competitiveness and vitality.
