增强党性教育的针对性和有效性,是干部教育培训工作的永恒主题。针对性和有效性是相互联系的,要达到有效性,必须先研究针对性。因此,需要把握＂党要什么＂的根本方向,需要着眼＂干部是什么＂的任务要求,需要发挥＂我们有什么＂的独特优势,需要创新＂我们怎么干＂的培训方法。干部学院要根据中央确定的办学要求和功能定位,发扬传统,发挥优势,发展特色,充分发挥其党性教育的独特作用,促进干部树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

Effectively Enhancing the Pertinence and Effectiveness of Party Spirit Education

Effectively enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of party spirit education is a perpetual theme of cadre education and training. Pertinence and effectiveness are mutually related,and we must first study pertinence to realize effectiveness. Therefore,to master the radical direction,i.e.,＂what the Party want＂ ,we need to give an eye to the mission,i.e.,＂what the cadres want＂ ; make use of our unique advantages,i.e.,＂what we have＂ ; and innovate the training methods,i.e.,＂how we do the work＂. According to the operational requirements and functional orientation set forth by the CPC Central Committee,the Academy must carry forward the tradition,make use of the advantages,develope the characteristics,and sufficiently play the unique role of party spirit education,to help the cadres set up correct world view,life view and value.
