| 摘 要： | 证据开示是支撑对抗式审判制度的重要基点。现行刑事诉讼法缺少类似规定,既不利于审判改革的继续进行,也不利于保护当事人的合法权利,应该尽快予以完善。

The current criminal procedure law lacks the similar regulation , not only unfavorable in tries system 's progress , but also unfavorable in protecting legal right of the party , so it should be perfected as quickly as possible . |
