新时期党的基本纲领的再创新——从邓小平理论到“三个代表”重要思想

中国共产党的最高纲领从其既定长期目标出发,是要始终遵循而很少改变的,但最低纲领则依据各个时期的现实要求,不断地变化和发展着。最低纲领与最高纲领的统一,集中而具体地体现在各个时期最低纲领即基本纲领的确立和实践中。改革开放以来,在涉及基本纲领一系列重大问题的认识上,我们的观念在不断创新,实践在不断深化。党的第三代领导人较前又有进一步的创新、深化和发展,从而表现出两代领导人在坚持建设有中国特色社会主义上的一致性和把“三个代表”重要思想作为党的指导思想发展“最新成果”的阶段性特征。

The highest basic programme of CPC is to make long-term goal, which should be followed all the time with less being changed. However, minimum programme calls for continuous change and development,according to the reality of each period. The unification of minimum programme and highest programme, concentrate and embody specificly in every period minimum guiding principle; basic guiding principle establish and practise. Since reforming and opening up to the outside worlds concerned with series of significant problems of basic programme, our idea is being created continuously , practice is being deepened continuously. The 3rd generation leaders of party further innovata, deepen and develop, two generation leaders in the development of guiding ideology that insist the consisTency on construction socialism with Chinese feature to be party with "three represents" theory important thought the stage feature of " newest accomplishment ".
