| Abstract: | There are still a variety of errors in perceiving and implementing the criminal policy of Combining Leniency with Rigidity in the theoretical and practice circle.The context analysis of its meaning when it appeared 2000 years ago can help clarify some misunderstandings and clear away some of the historical obstacles in its correct understanding and implementation nowadays. |
