摘    要:构建社会主义和谐社会,必须重视和谐劳动关系的建设。应当教育引导经营者依法经营,树立与职工共建共享的理念;教育引导职工依法有序提出诉求,以主人翁精神做好本职工作;政府有关方面则应认真履行职责,不折不扣地贯彻实施劳动法律。

Abstract:If we want to construct a socialistic harmonious society,we must focus on establishment of a harmonious working relationship.We should guide the businessmen to run the business by law and have a concept that we must share with the workers.We should teach the staff to propose the demands by law and accomplish the work in the way of being a master.The government should perform the responsibility and carry out the labor law completely.
