高校二级工会建设问题随谈

目前我国各高校虽都建立了二级工会，但部分领导对其重要性认识不足认为二级工会可有可无，因而限制了二级工会干部的积极性和创造性的发挥。各省市教育工会应组织高校领导认真学习《教育法》、《高等教育法》、《工会法》与《高等学校教职工代表大会暂行条例》，让他们对教代会职能的发挥予以最大支持。

On the Problems about the Construction for the Trade Union at Second Level in the Higher Education

Nowadays the trade unions at second level were founded in the higher education in our nation,but the leaders knew not much about it to lead to failure of the trade union at second level.Therefore,the leaders in the university should be organized to study the educational law,higher educational law,law for trade unions,and the temporary principles for teachers’ committee in the higher education by the educational trade unions.And we should make them know this well and make them support the teachers’ committee better.
