尽管没有一个西方发达国家拥有有形的产权交易市场，然而，实践证明，有形的产权交易市场是适应我国产权交易的实际需要和发展的。应当继续保持其有形性，这也是产权友易市场组织制度的基本前提。在产权交易市场的组织结构上，统一化则是其定展的必由之路，应势采用“中心交易所手——分支机构”的统一模式。产权交易市场的法律性质应当为非营利的事照单位法人，其基本组织模式应当采用会员制。
