治安学科的教师要结合治安学科的特点尽快确定专业发展方向.根据社会治安防控体系建设情况和治安学整体学科发展目标,治安学专业发展方向初步确定为:治安学基础理论方向,治安管理方向,治安防控体系建设方向,治安案件查处方向,等等.教师在专业方向的确定中,要与所教课程相结合,要与治安实践相结合,要与专业兴趣相结合,要与所学专业相结合.
