| 摘 要： | 石嘴山市是我区一座依煤而建、而兴的煤炭资源型城市。近年来石嘴山市的城市转型无论是在战略规划上还是在具体实施上都取得了显著的成绩。但是，参考国际上尤其是发达国家的经验，石嘴山市的城市转型还存在很多问题。

| Abstract: | Shizuishan city, a coal-mlne-city, depends on coal to develop itself. Recently its city transformation has significant achievements in such the aspects as strategic planning and concrete implementation. However, there still have many problems with reference of the experience of foreign countries, especially for developed countries. |
