| 摘 要： | 经济全球化给世界各国特别是发展中国家的经济、政治、社会结构等各个方面带来机遇的同时 ,也不可避免地使我国的有组织犯罪呈现出新的趋势和特征。从两者的关系出发 ,以犯罪经济学为视角来寻求我国有组织犯罪预防的策略 ,不仅是可行的 ,而且是必要的。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is bringing to every country, especially developing countries, challenges in their economy, politics and social structures and other aspects, and simultaneously inevitably makes the organized crimes in our country embody new tendencies and features. From the relationship of the two, it is not only feasible and necessary to seek the strategies against the organized crimes in our country from the perspective of criminal economics. |
