| Abstract: | Since 1987,Vietnam took a great reform in national defense and military, trying to establish a national-defensive military system that meets the dynasty requirement. The paper will retrospect Vietnam＇s achievement in national defense during the past 20 years and prospect according to the reports on Vietnamese native and foreign newspapers and magazines. |
