| 摘 要： | 语言的局限性往往使当事人的合意不能在合同中得以理想地体现,兼之其他原因,实践中常会发生对合同条款理解的争议,所以,合同解释的问题就不可避免。本文从合同解释的原因入手,对合同解释的主体、对象和目的、类型、方法等基本问题进行了简要分析,并尝试性地提出了自己的观点。

| Abstract: | On account of the limitation of the language,litigants' consensus can not have an ideal embodiment in the contract.There have always been controversies about the interpretation of contract clauses in practice.Therefore it is unavoidable to interpret the contract.Starting from the reason of contract interpretations,this paper briefly analyzes the subject,object,aim,type and methods of contract interpretations. |
