| 摘 要： | 犯罪现场再现理论 ,跳出了传统侦查思维模式的框架 ,是目前各国刑事警察都在研究的课题。本文从犯罪现场结构的视角 ,揭示犯罪现场再现的目的、条件及操作方法 ,为我们提供了一种新的侦查思维方式。
