| 摘 要： | 文章从文化冲突和农民工生存困境的角度分析了农民工犯罪的社会原因。通过分析道德、刑法和公共政策在控制农民工犯罪问题上的利弊,认为科学的公共政策是消减现阶段农民工犯罪社会原因的最佳选择。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the social reasons those led migrant workers to commit crime form the culture conflicts and their survival plight.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of morality,criminal law and public policy to control migrant worker commit crime,the author thinks that the best way to decrease social reason which led them commit crime is scientific public policy. |
