摘    要:在我国,对政府公务员工作的绩效考核,存在着评价主体的缺位和错位,许多本应由公众负责考评的考核指标由上级或同级评价主体替代,最终使得公务员绩效考评结果很难做到全面、客观和公正。

Abstract:In China,the government employee performance evaluation lies the absence of the main evaluation and dislocation, many of the public should be responsible for the evaluation of the assessment indicators but by their superiors or peer evaluation of the main alternative, makes the final outcome of the civil service performance evaluation difficult to achieve a comprehensive, objective and fair.
