| Abstract: | Family violence is a global issue. Much attention has been paid to it since it is not only a typical social problem but also endanger the social order and peace, family stability and the health of body and mind concerning women and children. The article points out that state power relief is one of the effective means against family violence and then discusses it based on some theories in combination with the present condition of legislation and judicature.
