| Abstract: | The implementation of the training pattern, ＂combination of working and learning＂, has brought great＇impact to student management work in senior professional colleges, and has greatly promoted the work as well. In order to adjust to the new training pattern, we have to make a new understanding on the education and management of students in senior professional colleges. |
