The Department of Health and Human Services is providing public notice that the RRB agrees to disclose information concerning Medicare eligible railroad retirees to HCFA. The matching report set forth below is in compliance with the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988 (Pub. L. No. 100-503).
