辨认人的心理分析与辨认的促进

辨认目的的实现与侦查人员的促进工作密切相关.侦查人员的促进工作又是以对辨认者心理的分析掌握为基础的.思维、记忆、情绪、动机等方面常存在影响辨认的因素,此外还有这样那样的顾虑.据此,辨认的促进工作主要有创造有利于辨认的客观条件,帮助辨认人充分地感知辨认客体,使辨认者保持良好的情绪,消除不良作证动机和防止辨认人陷入思维误区等.

The Identificater's psychology and Promoting of Identification

The realization of the identification is closely related with the promoting of the investigation which is based on the analyzing of the mental work of the identificater. Thoughts, memories, emotions and motivations can usually influence the identification, and there are this and that apprehensions. Therefore, the promotion works of the identification are: creating favorable external conditions, helping the identificater to fully apperceive the object and keep the favorable mood of the identificater, eliminate ill deposing motives and prevent the identificater to be misled.
