| 摘 要： | 科学规划未来的职业发展，是新形势下大学生面临的紧迫任务和必然选择，也是大学生正确认识自我、理性应对就业压力和及时弥补教育缺失的现实需要。正确把握职业生涯规划的内涵是做好自我规划的前提和基础。大学生科学规划职业生涯，应该树立崭新的思维理念，把握具体的规划要素，遵循科学的规划原则，施行有效的生涯管理。
