再生证据在反贪查案中的运用

再生证据是经犯罪嫌疑人、被告人及其利害关系人在案发后,为了逃避法律制裁,在进行各种反侦查活动中形成的,能够证明犯罪情况的一切事实。由于其生成方式和切入角度的特殊性,在反贪查案中有着不可忽视的价值和作用,往往会使案件出现＂柳暗花明又一村＂的转机。本文结合办案实例,对再生证据的特征、种类、运用以及收集原则等作一阐述,以期有助于反贪查案工作。
