| 摘 要： | 世界各地警察机构内部都设立有监察部门。我们可以借鉴联合国维和任务区警察内部监察机构的设置特点和运行机制，探索实行垂直领导、加强事中监督、提高人员素质等多种方法，进一步加强警察内部监察机构的建设。
