我国行政奖励制度存在的问题及其完善

随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和政治体制改革的深入,行政奖励被越来越广泛地应用,成为我国行政机关进行行政管理、实现政府职能任务的重要手段和有效方式。但是我国目前的行政奖励从立法到执行都存在着种种缺陷,需要进一步完善。
