| 摘 要： | 探视权执行的标的是行为,而且需要反复执行,这就增加了执行的难度。而要完善我国的探视权立法,应从探讨探视权的性质入手,深入剖析探视权执行中遇到的困难和解决办法,积极借鉴他国经验,对《婚姻法》中的探视权问题进一步作出明确规定。

| Abstract: | Because of the sign of execution of visiting power is a behavior,which needs to carry out repeatedly,this increases the difficulties of execution.In order to consummate the legislation of visiting power in our country,we should discuss the nature of visiting power,analysis thoroughly the difficulties and ways in the execution of visiting power,learn positively from experience in other countries and make the further explicit stipulation of visiting power in Marriage Law. |
