| 摘 要： | 秘密侦查是我国侦查实践中一种有效的特殊侦查手段,但由于人们认识上的误区以及制度上的缺陷,始终没有赋予这种手段以公正、合理的地位。可以借鉴其他国家秘密侦查在立法上遵守的相关原则,建立一套适合我国的秘密侦查法治化对策。

| Abstract: | Secret investigation is an effective special investigative means in our country condition,but because of the people's misunderstanding and the bugs of system,it has been not given just rational position all along. We could use the related principle of other countries for reference and establish a set of legislation countermeasures suitable for secret investigation in China. |
