| Abstract: | With the deepening of the Chinese opening to the outside world and the reform and establishment of the socialist market economy,better qualities of the personnel in the higher institutions of China is highly required.The writ- er,based on a detailed analysis of the functions performed by the ideological and political work,believes that the service and logistic function of the ideoli ogical and political work performed well enough in accordance with the Deng Xiaopings theory to ensure the sotmd cultivation of the qualified personnel needed by the society. |
