| 摘 要： | 农民劳动权的实现也应该两条腿走路,一条行走在农村,一条行走在城市.在农村应切实保障"耕者有其田",而对进入城市的农民,政府应向其提供职业培训的机会,将昔日的农民从技能上培养成新时代的城市产业工人.
