| 摘 要： | 随着手机的普及，短信文本以其无声、持久、绝对于声音的优势开创了一种新的社会生活和社会行为方式。手机短信（SMS：Short Messaging Smwice）也已不再是一种单纯的联络与交际的工具，它同时也是一种积极的情感平台．是一种自由空间的延伸，是一种新媒介环境下公众参政的新方式。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of mobile phone, short message has pioneered a new social life and social behavior with its silent, durable and absolute sound advantage. SMS （Short Messaging Service） is no longer a simple communicating tools, it is also a kind of positive and free emotion platform, an outspreading space, and a kind of new way for the public to participate the politics under new media environment. |
